In the 80’s there was collagen, in the 90’s there was hyaluronic acid. Now for the most technologically advanced filler to date, Laresse®, using pure medical polymers.

Laresse is the first ‘positively flawless’ dermal filler, synthetically made from absorbable medical polymers. Successfully erasing lines and banishing wrinkles, Laresse is the perfect treatment for restoring a youthful look. Laresse is without many of the drawbacks of hyaluronic acid and collagen. Hyaluronic acid and collagen fillers are derived from either bacterial fermentation or animal by-products. Residual animal proteins or bacterial endotoxins may trigger local tissue reactions. In addition to these disadvantages, hyaluronic acid is broken down quickly in its natural state and will rapidly clear from the dermis unless chemically cross-linked during manufacturing. The cross-linking chemicals used to stabilize hyaluronic acid fillers may be toxic or carcinogenic and may trigger an immunogenic response. Hyaluronic acid fillers are composed of tiny gel particles that can lead to clumping and may be difficult to inject, whereas Laresse is a scientifically advanced, cohesive gel that contains no gel particles. Laresse’s clean, non-crosslinked, ultra-smooth texture results in a very natural look and feel.
