Lifestyle Consultation

Med-Spa will invite you for a lifestyle consultation during which we will review your full medical history as well as the lifestyle questionnaire. During the consultation we will work with you to establish a programme to help you achieve your objectives in an achievable timeframe.

Another objective of the lifestyle consultation is to educate you on the importance and benefits of regular cleansing to empower you to take ownership of your health as well as make better decisions about your wellbeing.

The lifestyle consultation may take place on the same day immediately prior to your first treatment.

In other cases there may be a specific bespoke preparation regime that we would like to discuss with you prior to starting your programme.

Should you return to Med-Spa after an absence of six months or more, after a change in health or lifestyle or where indicated by your health practitioner, we may suggest a reassessment consultation.
