Dermosonic® treatment combines two non-invasive technologies (Ultrasound and Non-Invasive Subdermal Therapy) in order to smooth the skin, reduce localized fat, and eliminate that dimpled, cellulite look. The ultrasound waves penetrate underneath the skin, breaking down fibrosis and softening the fat deposits. 
Non-Invasive Subdermal vacuum massage therapy works with suction that gently lifts the skin, energizing the venous and lymphatic systems and thereby eliminating toxins. The suction and vibration also break down subcutaneous fat and water which are drained away by the body’s lymphatic system. Fibroblasts are stimulated which increase collagen and elastin production. By preceding N.I.S.T. with programmed ultrasound, the synergistic results are dramatic and achieved rapidly.
A typical Dermosonic treatment for cellulite requires patients to undergo 12 procedures over a period of 6 weeks. It will depends on the amount of cellulite deposited on those areas. If the deposit level is quite normal a therapist may prefer one or two treatments a month instead of regular routine.
